Simon Steward - Personal Trainer

My goal as a coach is to get results as fast as possible. People don’t have 5 years to see results, it has to be within 2 weeks, one month, three months etc.

My focus on coaching is on the basics. I build a solid foundation of the movements.

I have been coaching for 17 years. Working with beginners all the way up to Olympic medal winners. I have been a physical trainer for elite athletes and teams in archery, football, badmitton, tennis, golf, boxing, athletics, basketball, dance, and sailing.

Through my career I’ve coached in total of 30 Olympians. Coached at 3 Olympic games and 2 Paralympics and I’ve been a part of 10 medals. What makes my coaching special is my good eye for movement. (What makes me good compared to other coaches is my eye for movement.)

I got the good eye for movements through my own experience being a professional shot-putter and lifting heavy weights. Because to do either one maximally, you have to do it perfect.

Through our personal training I will help you set the goals that we will achieve together through our sessions and measure your results. I focus on coaching a few things, so that you can improve your basics. It’s nothing glamorous, nothing fancy, but it works.
